Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and your plan (Free, Plus, or Pro), stored to run your account and gate paid content.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. AI Made Simple does not store your card numbers; Stripe stores payment details under its own privacy policy.
• Technical information: basic server logs needed to run and secure the site (for example, failed sign-ins and webhook errors).

We do not collect the content of your prompts to third-party AI tools, and you should not paste passwords, ID numbers, bank details, or health information into any AI tool, including prompts you practise with here.

How we use it

Your information is used to provide the service, check your plan, process subscriptions and refunds, and keep accounts secure. It is not sold to third parties.

Who processes it

• Supabase: account sign-up, sign-in, password reset, and email confirmation.
• Stripe: subscription payments and billing.
• Hosting provider (for example, Vercel): serving the site and its server functions.

Your choices

You can sign in to use the service, cancel a paid plan on the Pricing page (your plan returns to Free immediately), and ask for your account to be deleted. Deleting an account removes access to paid content. To make a privacy request, contact us at aiagentsaeed@gmail.com with your account email.

Security and changes

Account passwords are handled by Supabase Auth, and plan changes are written server-side from verified Stripe webhooks — not from the browser. This policy may be updated; continued use after an update means you accept it. Contact: aiagentsaeed@gmail.com. This policy should still be reviewed for the jurisdictions where the service is sold.
